The First Book National Book Bank can host a distribution when these four conditions are met:

1. A publisher donates a large quantity of books.
2. Donated warehouse space is secured.
3. Volunteers are available to help with the book distribution.
4. Organizations are registered with First Book in the local community to use and distribute the books to their children.

You can help us:

1. Find donated warehouse space. We are always looking for operational warehouses that would be willing to host a book distribution. 2. Find volunteers to work at a book distribution. One of the key elements to a successful National Book Bank distribution are the volunteers who help sort and organize books. 3. Register organizations with First Book. One of the ways First Book identifies needs in a community are the number of organizations registered with us. Please have organizations in your community register with us at http://www.firstbook.org/register.
