When you have submitted your application and are taken back to the Book Bank application page, you should see a link next to the distribution description that says 'Edit Application'. This means your application has been completed.

Please do not click the link unless you have to edit your information. Clicking this link will remove your application from its place in line to the end because you will have to go through the application again to submit it.

If the link next to the distribution description says 'Incomplete Application', please go back in and make sure you've filled in all the required information so that when you submit, you see the 'Edit Application' link.
