The status of your application is not final until you receive an email from the Book Bank confirming the number of books you've been approved to receive from a distribution. If the screen says approved when you log-in but you have not received the official email from First Book, your status is subject to change.

Please wait until you receive an email from First Book regarding the status of your Book Bank application because the online status may change as we go through the process of allocating books. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder to make sure it did not get caught in your spam filter.

The date of the distribution is posted next to the titles and apply link. That date is when we will be in the market for pickups and when we will ship all books that were approved for shipping. Notifications will go out no later than the Friday before the distribution as sometimes the allocation process is time-consuming.
